I found my stay at the hotel to have some positives but also some drawbacks. The room I initially booked was smaller than expected and in need of an upgrade. Despite this, the room I was moved to was spacious with a comfortable bed, though a bit dated. The service was a mix of helpful and abrupt. The location, while central and convenient, was away from the most attractive parts of Fareham town center. Dining offered delicious options but lacked variety in some cases.

The room I ended up in was bigger than the first one, with a nice bed but could use some updates. It was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

Staff provided a mix of excellent service and some abruptness. They were friendly overall but could be more attentive during dining experiences.

My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms are tired and a bit dark, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The noise from vehicles leaving early in the morning was a bit of a downside, especially since the windows were difficult to shut at 2 pm.

The location was fine, with everything I needed nearby like shops, pubs, places to eat, and easy access to Fareham train station for day trips.
Dining

The dining experience was a bit disappointing, with subpar food quality. However, the breakfast was good value for money with a range of options available.
Facilities

The on-site leisure facilities needed improvement, and the shower controls were difficult to use without instructions.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a nice place overall. The rooms were serviceable despite looking a bit tired, but the cleaned comfort made up for it. The service was excellent with a lovely breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location was convenient, though a bit noisy due to the busy street. The dining experience was enjoyable, albeit a bit expensive for what was offered. The facilities were decent, providing a good value for money overall.

The location was convenient, right next to the shopping precinct and close to major roads, but a bit noisy due to the big street in front.

The dining experience was excellent and the staff were fantastic. However, the room was too hot, and the price could have been better for what was offered.
